Solutions in ore crusher relocation

Located south of Perth, this project involved the successful relocation of an existing ore crusher closer to a fresh ore body. Our scope included the design, manufacture, and supply of a 2,370 m² TerraPlus+ crusher retaining wall. This impressive structure stands at 15.8 m at its tallest section, with a total length of 210 m and comprising 547 panels.

The project exemplified effective collaboration and efficient logistical planning. Our team ensured timely delivery of a variety of panel types, enabling seamless construction and maintaining a smooth workflow. Special panels were expertly designed for the dump slab structure, showcasing our ability to adapt to unique project requirements and enhance functionality.

To optimise the wall’s performance, we implemented additional concrete thickening at the rear of specific panels. This innovation effectively sealed the joint between the panels and the dump structure, ensuring structural integrity while minimising extra site work for the contractor.
